Q. What type of payments do you take?

A. Currently, I use Paypal (you do not need an account to use this wonderful service!). I will also accept well concealed cash or personal checks ; please contact me before purchase to arrange this.

Q. Is shipping included in my order price?

A. No, not as of 7/07..with new postal changes, I am losing lots of money shipping priority--10-12 dollars per larger order! I will also ship abroad; please contact me for information PRIOR to placing your order; additonal shipping charges do apply.

Q.  What about returns?

A.  I am unable to take returns at this time, but if you are unhappy with any item, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right for you!

Q. Is my information safe with you, Ms Crafty Scientist?

A. Of course! As a victim of identity theft myself, I would not sell or give away your private information to anyone!! Even though I am a Pharmacist, I will not send you any information for the latest and greatest drugs available via the internet. SPAM isn't vegetarian, anyway, so I have no part of it.

Q. Who makes all of the stuff on the site?

A. Right now, this little scientist is all by herself! Soon, check out the 'Guest Scientists in the Lab' for more groovy stuff by other crafty scientists (jewelry, clothing, knit items). And, Mr. Crafty Scientist may just have some disc golf related items available. Email us anytime to ask! We love mail and special requests!

Q. Why are all the cool lunch bags/ tote bags sold out? Can I request one like it?

A. Of course! I will make one similar, but not exactly like, anything you see previously sold on the site. I like one of a kind items, so the remade bag may have a different lining or straps, etc to make it unique.

Q. Why does it take you so darn long to restock your lil' site?

A. Well, I wish I could do this full time, but my duties call! I aim to add new items monthly, as well as fulfill special orders and wholesale orders. Feel free to contact me if you have an idea for a bag; I will do my best to make it for you in about 2 weeks or so!

Q.  You have a cat and dog; I am allergic!  Are your products filled with animal hair?

A.  No!  Isaac our dog stays on his pillow, and Sheba our cat sleeps in the sewing room on an old sweater, away from the fabrics.  All items are checked and brushed with a lint brush just in case, so don't worry about animal dander on your products.  We are also a vegetarian, non smoking home.
