Crafty Scientist Style

New items!

Crafty Scientist 'Style' is a new ready to wear and made to order clothing line! We will begin with my favorite items to make and to wear, skirts! Two comfortable styles will be available---an A line shape with elastic waist (which can fit many sizes!), and a more fitted at the waist, flared, zipper style true A-line style. I wanted to share my love of fun fabric with everyone, so now you too can dress with flair just like the Crafty Scientist!

For this special introduction, one of each style is available, in a generous size of 12/14 (the average sized woman). If you like what you see, email me with your dimensions---waist, low waist, hip, and the length you like to wear--and I will have my fun selection of fabrics available for the choosing to make your new favorite skirt.

Crafter's Cap!!

New!!! The Crafty Scientist LOVES hats, and this has become a favorite style. Not seeing any hats in prints I loved, I decided to make my own and share with you! This hat, sized M/L (fits up to a 24 inch head circumference) is made with a fun japanese print in heavy weight cotton broadcloth in bold orange, green, and yellow tones to brighten up your head and your mood! Cap is fully lined with complimentary orange floral fabric in lightweight cotton. Cover a bad hair day, or wear it on a good hair day, this hat will take you where you want to go in style! Machine wash, hang dry, can reshape with iron if needed. I have several fabrics to choose from, so if you would like a special hat in your size with your choice of fabrics, drop me a line--I love to work directly with my customers!
